Key Responsibilities

* Drive the assembly, configuration, and repair of computer systems, including desktops, laptops, and servers, to meet customer requirements and ensure seamless functionality. * Architect and implement operating system installations and server platform configurations to optimize system performance and efficiency. * Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, including hardware, software, and network-related problems, to minimize downtime and ensure customer satisfaction. * Conduct thorough testing of assembled systems to verify functionality, performance, and quality standards, and identify areas for improvement. * Source and procure computer parts and accessories from suppliers, and manage inventory records using company software to ensure accuracy and efficiency. * Provide expert advice to customers on hardware compatibility, upgrades, and solutions, and collaborate with sales and support teams to meet customer demands and deadlines. * Stay up-to-date with the latest hardware technologies and industry trends, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in the department. * Lead the maintenance of a clean, organized, and safe workspace, and ensure compliance with company safety protocols and procedures. * Manage and resolve customer return requests through the RMA process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. * Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure seamless RMA resolution, and oversee the receiving, handling, and tracking of returned and warranty products. * Develop and maintain accurate records and documentation of all RMA transactions, and prepare regular performance reports for management review. * Identify and escalate recurring product or process issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize RMA processes and customer satisfaction. * Foster strong relationships with customers, internal teams, and suppliers, and communicate effectively to ensure timely resolution of RMA requests and customer inquiries.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor/Honors

  • Experience in handling warranty claims or product returns
  • Good analytical and documentation skills

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent mailing communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
