Sr. Manager – HR & Admin

* Spearhead comprehensive HR operations to drive business growth and excellence * Architect and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies to attract top talent * Develop and implement robust HR policies, procedures, and compliance systems * Design and manage performance management frameworks and KPI tracking systems to optimize employee performance * Oversee payroll management, salary processing, and attendance and leave management to ensure seamless operations * Craft and deliver targeted training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge * Foster a positive and inclusive organizational culture through employee engagement and retention initiatives * Ensure adherence to Bangladesh Labour Law and HR policies to mitigate risk and promote compliance * Provide expert HR support to cross-functional teams and operations * Leverage HRM software to streamline and automate HR processes, driving efficiency and productivity * Align HR strategies with business objectives to drive strategic growth and success through effective human capital management
