AGM/DGM - Operations

• Spearhead production operations to drive efficiency, meet shipment targets, and exceed buyer expectations. • Architect technical production strategies for complex products, including Down Jackets, Technical Products, and Rainwear. • Drive production planning and scheduling, adapting to material availability and shifting priorities to ensure seamless delivery. • Oversee sewing, finishing, and overall production performance, enforcing quality and efficiency standards. • Champion on-time delivery through cross-functional collaboration with Production, IE, QA, and supporting teams. • Implement Lean methodologies to boost productivity, minimize waste, and optimize resource allocation. • Analyze production metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to drive results. • Manage Industrial Engineering activities, including layout planning, SMV, and target setting to maximize efficiency. • Optimize manpower utilization, mitigate absenteeism, and foster a stable workforce. • Facilitate regular cross-functional meetings to address operational challenges and enhance performance. • Ensure adherence to company policies, buyer requirements, and safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment. • Develop and empower team members through targeted training, performance monitoring, and feedback. • Leverage experience in shift work and sewing line operations to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement.
