Senior Executive (Marketing & Sales)

* Drive sales growth by planning and executing strategies to sell land, plots, and other properties directly to prospective buyers, while leading a high-performing sales team to achieve company targets. * Architect and implement sales forecasts, customer motivation plans, and sales realization initiatives to consistently meet and exceed sales goals. * Lead customer engagement efforts, including handling potential customers, compiling daily and monthly sales reports, and providing exceptional customer support services to drive sales and business development. * Develop and execute marketing strategies for real estate, builders, and developers, leveraging market insights and trends to stay ahead of the competition. * Foster strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular follow-ups, personal sales visits, and face-to-face interactions, ensuring a personalized service experience. * Manage and analyze customer feedback reports, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales. * Collaborate with the sales team to maintain a high level of customer conduct and behavior, ensuring that monthly sales and collection targets are consistently met. * Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, developing and implementing action plans to secure new business and expand the company's customer base. * Prepare and submit customer response reports, sales reports, and other assigned reports, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions. * Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty, and perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
