Fabric Technician (Denim)

* Drive fabric evaluation and testing to ensure compliance with buyer and brand specifications, collaborating with suppliers, mills, and internal stakeholders. * Architect fabric development and sourcing strategies, providing technical expertise in selection, testing, finishing, and approval processes. * Lead quality control initiatives, monitoring key fabric parameters such as lab dips, hand feel, shrinkage, and color fastness to guarantee exceptional fabric performance. * Conduct proactive risk assessments on fabric types to mitigate potential quality issues and inform bulk production decisions. * Manage cross-functional relationships with QA and Production teams to resolve fabric-related issues and optimize production workflows. * Stay at the forefront of textile industry trends, innovations, and technologies, applying knowledge to drive continuous improvement and innovation in fabric development and sourcing.
