Project Coordinator – Construction

* Drive material management operations, ensuring timely delivery, storage, and inventory control of construction materials to prevent shortages and overstock. * Architect and implement effective site security protocols, supervising personnel, monitoring access control, and investigating incidents to safeguard assets and prevent breaches. * Lead site office administration, overseeing documentation, attendance records, and facilities management, while ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor regulations. * Foster positive relationships with local communities, acting as a liaison between project management and community representatives, and coordinating local workforce hiring initiatives. * Manage and mitigate risks, preparing weekly reports on material status, security issues, and community matters, and escalating concerns to project management in a timely and effective manner. * Develop and maintain robust incident logs, coordinating with local authorities as needed, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and company standards. * Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations, timely deliveries, and compliance with contractual obligations.
