Merchandiser / Sr. Merchandiser (Product development and production)

* Spearhead buyer interactions, driving seamless communication and resolving inquiries with autonomy * Architect end-to-end order development, from conceptual sampling to timely shipment, for both garments and accessories * Develop and manage critical documents, including costings, Time & Action plans, and order sheets, to ensure data-driven decision making * Drive production efficiency by coordinating with cross-functional teams, including production, QA, sourcing, and commercial departments * Champion product excellence, ensuring garments and accessories meet buyer requirements and adhere to quality and compliance standards * Oversee the development of trims and accessories, synchronizing with apparel production to guarantee cohesive product delivery * Monitor order progress, proactively addressing potential delays to guarantee on-time shipment and exceed customer expectations
