Jr./Executive – Production Planning & Inventory Control (PPIC)

• Drive inventory management by tracking raw materials, packaging, and finished goods to ensure optimal stock levels. • Architect and enforce a robust FIFO/FEFO system to guarantee freshness and quality. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Production, Warehouse, Procurement, Sales, and QC, to streamline operations. • Lead the coordination of material flow from warehouse to production line, ensuring seamless and efficient processes. • Develop and deliver key performance reports, including daily, weekly, and monthly MIS insights. • Manage and maintain accurate documentation for production planning and inventory records, ensuring data integrity and compliance. • Champion adherence to ISO, GMP, and internal audit standards, driving a culture of quality and excellence. • Optimize production planning and inventory data by updating and maintaining accurate records in the ERP/Oracle system.
