• Spearhead quality control initiatives to ensure incoming paddy, in-process rice, and finished products meet stringent standards. • Architect and oversee sampling and testing protocols to guarantee adherence to quality parameters, including moisture content and foreign matter. • Drive compliance with national and international food safety regulations, ensuring the highest level of quality and safety. • Manage laboratory testing procedures, including chemical, physical, and microbiological analyses, to inform quality decisions. • Ensure seamless lab operations by maintaining and calibrating equipment, and overseeing regular maintenance. • Conduct thorough production line audits to identify areas for quality improvement and implement corrective actions. • Develop and maintain comprehensive QC documentation, test records, and reports to facilitate data-driven decision-making. • Champion certification efforts, including ISO, HACCP, and GMP, by managing documentation and ensuring regulatory compliance. • Lead supplier evaluation and approval processes, assessing raw material quality and reliability. • Collaborate with procurement teams to guarantee quality assurance of incoming materials and mitigate potential risks. • Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and develop process improvements to enhance overall quality and customer satisfaction. • Foster strong relationships with external auditors, inspectors, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth audit and inspection processes. • Analyze quality performance data and present actionable insights to senior management, informing strategic quality initiatives.
