Key Responsibilities
* Drive business growth by achieving sales and collection targets, and implementing strategies to boost revenue and profitability in the showroom.
* Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales goals.
* Architect a positive and inclusive team culture by training, mentoring, and evaluating staff performance, and fostering a culture of excellence.
* Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to drive showroom performance, increase footfall, and enhance customer conversion rates.
* Manage and optimize daily showroom operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining a welcoming store environment.
* Analyze sales performance and operational activities, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute sales campaigns, promotions, and product launches that drive customer engagement and sales.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Identify and address customer complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally to maintain a positive brand reputation.
* Implement effective loyalty programs and customer retention strategies to drive long-term growth and revenue.
* Stay ahead of the competition by monitoring market trends, analyzing sales data, and adjusting sales tactics to optimize performance.
* Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to inform business decisions and drive growth.
* Optimize showroom layout and product displays to create an immersive and engaging customer experience.
* Foster a culture of continuous learning, identifying training needs and developing the sales team's capabilities to drive business success.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and respectful work environment.
* Drive institutional sales and partnerships to expand revenue streams and grow the business.
