Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead the development and execution of tailored sales strategies to drive monthly and annual bulk rice sales growth across designated territories. * Architect and manage a robust network of distributors, dealers, and bulk buyers to maximize market reach and penetration. * Foster strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including wholesalers, traders, and institutional buyers, to unlock new business opportunities. * Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences, providing actionable insights to inform management decisions. * Drive distribution efficiency, ensuring seamless product availability, stock movement, and logistics across the territory. * Negotiate and secure favorable agreements with bulk customers, aligning pricing, credit terms, and contracts with company policies and objectives. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, logistics, and warehouse operations, to ensure timely and efficient delivery of bulk rice shipments. * Implement and promote trade schemes, promotional initiatives, and company branding programs to enhance market visibility and customer engagement. * Deliver data-driven sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to stakeholders, providing regular visibility into territory performance and growth. * Resolve customer complaints, delivery issues, and quality concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty. * Uphold the highest standards of compliance, ethics, and regulatory adherence, ensuring alignment with company policies and industry requirements. * Support accounts receivable collection and maintain rigorous credit control, minimizing risk and ensuring healthy cash flow within the assigned territory.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
