Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead recruitment initiatives, onboarding processes, and employee data management to drive talent acquisition and retention. • Oversee attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll operations to ensure seamless employee lifecycle management. • Foster positive employee relations, address grievances, and resolve conflicts to maintain a harmonious work environment. • Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and audit requirements to mitigate risks and maintain compliance. • Lead factory administration, including security, transportation, and facilities management, to ensure efficient operations. • Drive vendor management and support services to optimize partnerships and costs. • Champion workplace safety and health by coordinating HSE activities, monitoring compliance, and implementing best practices. • Develop and present HR and admin reports to management, providing actionable insights for informed decision-making. • Uphold fair and consistent employee concern resolution, ensuring timely and effective issue management. • Implement and enforce workplace policies and procedures, promoting a culture of accountability and transparency. • Architect HR policies and practices that align with labor laws, industry standards, and organizational guidelines, driving business growth and excellence. • Collaborate with the Head of HR/Reporting Manager to support departmental operations, driving day-to-day efficiency and strategic objectives.
