Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead card operations, encompassing issuance, replacement, renewal, and product changes, to drive seamless customer experiences. * Architect and maintain accurate cardholder and merchant data, ensuring meticulous verification and documentation processes. * Drive card personalization, printing, packaging, and dispatch, while adhering to stringent quality standards. * Lead document management efforts, scanning and uploading critical documents into the Document Management System (DMS) for secure storage and easy retrieval. * Manage inventory and records of card production, ensuring precise tracking and reporting of related activities. * Collaborate on system testing, UAT, and implementation of new reconciliation processes and card system updates, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption. * Monitor and reconcile daily transactions across multiple channels (ATM, POS, e-commerce, auto-debit), identifying and resolving discrepancies to maintain transactional integrity. * Facilitate clearing and settlement reconciliation with major networks, including Visa and Mastercard, to ensure accurate and timely settlements. * Investigate and resolve transaction discrepancies, unmatched entries, and other issues, providing prompt resolutions to maintain customer trust. * Process card payments, bill payments, and auto-debit instructions, ensuring accurate and efficient transaction processing. * Ensure precise posting in the Core Banking System (CBS) and Card Management System (CMS), maintaining data consistency and integrity. * Update card endorsements and closures in CMS, adhering to regulatory requirements and internal policies. * Develop and maintain comprehensive MIS reports on card operations, transactions, reconciliation, and performance, providing actionable insights for management review. * Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports, offering data-driven perspectives to inform strategic decisions. * Prepare and submit regulatory reports to the Bangladesh Bank and other authorities, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and industry standards. * Support risk management, audit, and fraud monitoring activities, contributing to a robust and secure banking environment.

Additional

  • Hands on experience in card products, payment systems, and digital banking

  • Strong computer knowledge (MS Office applications & MS Excel) and Communication skills
