AGM - Electrical & Utility

* Drive the design, installation, and maintenance of electrical systems, ensuring seamless operations and optimal performance of transformers, generators, and distribution networks. * Architect and manage electrical and utility operations to guarantee uninterrupted production, overseeing 33 KV Substations, HT/LT Panels, and electrical distribution systems. * Spearhead utility operations, supervising power, gas, water, steam, boilers, air compressors, and HVAC systems to ensure continuous and cost-effective supply. * Monitor and optimize utility KPIs, implementing corrective actions to minimize deviations and reduce waste. * Develop and execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans for electrical and utility systems, reducing downtime through effective troubleshooting and maintenance strategies. * Champion compliance with RSC standards, conducting safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments to ensure adherence to electrical safety standards, BNBC, fire safety, and regulatory requirements. * Implement and oversee safety practices, including LOTO, and train team members on safety procedures and emergency response. * Harness automation technologies, integrating electrical controls and implementing modern energy-saving technologies and smart systems to drive efficiency. * Identify and deploy digital solutions for energy optimization, working with PLC, SCADA, and other industrial automation systems. * Oversee equipment management, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and life cycle performance of boilers, generators, and utility equipment. * Lead, train, and manage high-performing electrical and utility teams, fostering a strong safety and performance-driven culture. * Manage projects from inception to completion, handling new installations, capacity expansions, and system upgrades, and coordinating with vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery.
