* Drive daily lead generation, focusing on UK-based warehouse and forklift driver candidates to build a robust pipeline of potential hires. * Architect and maintain structured candidate lead lists, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. * Identify and develop strategic company partnerships, expanding our network within the warehouse and logistics sector. * Lead outreach efforts, crafting and sending targeted messages to candidates and following up to drive engagement. * Manage and organize candidate details, updating Google Sheets daily to track progress and inform future outreach strategies. * Develop and refine company lead lists, leveraging research and analysis to optimize our recruitment approach. * Deliver high-quality results, generating 30-50 candidate leads daily and consistently meeting performance expectations. * Analyze and improve processes, leveraging problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and optimize lead generation strategies. * Collaborate with the team, providing regular updates and insights to inform recruitment decisions and drive business growth. * Drive performance and productivity, with opportunities for growth and increased earnings based on results and contributions to the company's success.
