* Spearhead the planning and design of microbial activities to drive business growth and excellence * Leverage in-depth knowledge of microbial processes, including counting, sterility testing, LAL, environmental monitoring, pyrogen testing, bioassay, and media preparation * Develop and implement effective organism handling and culture techniques, ensuring accurate plate settlement and analysis * Drive the operation and maintenance of specialized microbiological equipment, optimizing performance and efficiency * Architect and execute environmental monitoring programs to ensure compliance with regulatory standards * Manage and analyze data from various microbial tests, including sterility, LAL, and bioassay, to inform business decisions * Lead the development and implementation of best practices in microbiological testing, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and efficiency
