🚨 Hiring: Desktop Support Engineer (L1) 

We’re looking for a hands-on IT support professional with 2–3 years of experience in desktop / deskside support.

🔧 Key Skills:

• Windows 10 & Office 365

• Hardware & software troubleshooting (break-fix)

• ServiceNow or ticketing tools

• Active Directory & VPN

• IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change)

• Basic ITIL knowledge

💼 Responsibilities:

• Provide deskside support to end users

• Resolve hardware, software & connectivity issues

• Install, configure & maintain desktop systems

• Support VIP users when needed

💰 Salary:

• $15/hour

• $45 (half day,4 hours)

• $70 (full day, 8 hours)

📍 Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh
