Pattern Master (Executive-I/Sr) Lectra Modaris - Cutting CAD - Genesis Fashions Ltd.

* Architect precise patterns for denim styles, aligning with design specifications, tech packs, and samples to drive production efficiency. * Drive consistency in garment fit and shape, ensuring alignment with design intent and buyer requirements through collaborative efforts with cross-functional teams. * Lead pattern development, collaborating with Design, Merchandising, and Production teams to balance style, cost, and production feasibility. * Manage pattern grading, marker layouts, and fabric utilization to optimize efficiency and minimize waste. * Spearhead sample making and prototyping, providing technical guidance to cutting and sewing teams to finalize first samples for buyer approval. * Conduct fit sessions, analyzing results and making adjustments to patterns in conjunction with QA and Design teams. * Develop and maintain a comprehensive pattern library, ensuring accurate documentation and version control for all styles and revisions. * Enforce adherence to garment specifications, tolerances, and quality standards, ensuring compliance with buyer specifications and internal SOPs. * Mentor junior pattern makers and assistants, fostering skill development and promoting a culture of excellence. * Troubleshoot production issues, providing expert solutions for fit or construction problems and driving continuous improvement. * Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices, applying knowledge of pattern-making software and denim garment trends to inform design and production decisions. * Ensure seamless execution of additional responsibilities, as assigned by the Head of Production or section head, to support business objectives.
