Programme Officer - Nutrition

* Drive the implementation of nutrition programmes under Concern's Rohingya Refugee Response in Cox's Bazar, ensuring partner-led delivery meets national and sectoral standards. * Lead capacity-building initiatives for partner organisations, enhancing their ability to deliver high-quality nutrition services that align with the Joint Response Plan and Concern's standards. * Manage programme quality through regular monitoring, supervision, and technical support, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. * Foster collaborative relationships with Concern and partner organisation teams, including MEAL, Supply Chain, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of nutrition services. * Architect and maintain effective systems for monitoring and evaluating programme performance, ensuring data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement. * Champion Concern's values-driven culture, promoting a workplace where every team member feels valued and empowered to contribute to the mission of ending extreme poverty. * Develop and maintain strong partnerships with local stakeholders, ensuring that programme activities are contextually relevant and responsive to the needs of the target population. * Ensure adherence to Concern's policies, procedures, and standards, as well as national and international guidelines, in all aspects of programme implementation. * Drive innovation and excellence in nutrition programming, staying up-to-date with best practices and emerging trends in the sector to inform programme design and delivery.
