* Drive operational efficiency by monitoring raw material consumption and identifying areas to minimize wastage, leveraging standard consumption charts to optimize resource utilization. * Lead inventory management by conducting regular physical stock counts of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods across factories and warehouses, ensuring accuracy and transparency. * Architect a robust procurement process, scrutinizing supplier contracts to ensure transparency, competitive pricing, and quality compliance, and identifying opportunities for cost savings. * Manage and analyze production floor and supply chain data to pinpoint discrepancies and leakages, providing actionable insights to management through detailed reports. * Oversee daily cash statement audits for factories and showrooms, ensuring financial integrity and compliance with organizational policies.
