Key Responsibilities

* Drive exceptional customer experiences by responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp, ensuring timely and effective resolutions. * Deliver personalized support by providing key information on ticket fares, bookings, and promotions, tailoring solutions to meet individual customer needs. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and operations, to streamline day-to-day tasks and enhance overall performance. * Champion customer satisfaction by maintaining a professional demeanor and consistently meeting high service standards. * Foster strong relationships with the management team, coordinating follow-ups and support tasks to ensure seamless issue resolution and continuous improvement.
