* Spearhead the development of sophisticated SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts to extract, transform, and analyze complex data across multiple databases, including SAP HANA, SQL Server, Oracle, and MySQL. * Architect and automate dynamic dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools like SAP BI, Oracle BI, and Power BI, driving data visualization that informs key business decisions. * Drive data modeling, normalization, and relationship mapping, while ensuring database optimization and integrity through effective data archiving and historical data retention. * Design, implement, and monitor ETL processes to enable seamless data integration between various source systems and the business intelligence environment. * Harness advanced Excel skills, including Power Query, PivotTables, VBA macros, and complex formulas, to consolidate, analyze, and visualize large datasets for operational and strategic reporting. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT, to gather requirements, translate business needs into actionable insights, and support sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance evaluation. * Lead the analysis of complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop data-driven recommendations to drive business growth and improvement.
