Accounts Manager

* Spearhead the Accounts & Finance department, driving financial excellence through accurate reporting, statutory compliance, and cost-effective operations. * Architect and deliver comprehensive financial management solutions, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, to inform business decisions. * Drive profitability analysis of contracts and guard deployment costs, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing resource allocation. * Oversee client billing, invoicing, and receivable collection, ensuring timely and accurate payments. * Manage payroll operations, including salary disbursements, overtime, allowances, and deductions, to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. * Ensure adherence to tax laws, VAT, income tax, and labor laws, mitigating potential risks and penalties. * Coordinate and execute internal and external audits, addressing audit observations and implementing corrective actions. * Develop and maintain robust financial records and documentation, ensuring transparency and accountability. * Lead cash and bank management initiatives, authorizing payments and monitoring cash requirements to optimize liquidity. * Foster strategic relationships with banks and financial institutions, facilitating seamless financial transactions. * Inspire and develop the accounts team, allocating tasks, and driving timely completion of projects to achieve departmental goals.
