* Spearhead financial operations, including daily management of bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and tax compliance to ensure seamless execution. * Architect and implement effective financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow analysis to drive business growth and inform management decisions. * Drive financial statement preparation, audit support, and financial reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. * Leverage expertise in ERP/Tally software to streamline financial processes, maintain precise accounting records, and facilitate timely journal entries. * Manage and reconcile bank transactions, resolve discrepancies, and ensure accurate financial records to maintain the company's financial integrity. * Oversee payroll processing, staff expenses, and vendor payables to ensure timely and efficient payments. * Analyze expenditure variances, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights to optimize financial performance. * Develop and maintain comprehensive financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, to inform business strategy and drive growth. * Design and prepare key financial documents, such as monthly salary sheets and sales excel sheets, to support tally posting and financial analysis.
