Education Sector - Co Lead (Coordinator)

* Spearhead the Education Sector in Cox's Bazar, driving strategic leadership and coordination in partnership with UNICEF to address the education needs of Rohingya refugees and host community children. * Foster a collaborative multi-agency response, aligning with humanitarian coordination mechanisms and global Education in Emergencies (EiE) standards to ensure timely, coherent, and effective education preparedness and response. * Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government authorities, UN agencies, international and national NGOs, donors, and community leaders to mobilize support and resources for the Education Sector. * Architect and implement sector-wide strategies, supporting partners in needs assessment, strategic planning, information management, advocacy, and resource mobilization to ensure equitable and effective education interventions. * Drive sector priorities, promoting localization, capacity building, and evidence-based decision making to enhance the impact of education activities. * Manage and strengthen linkages between camp-level education activities and sector coordination structures, ensuring seamless integration and coordination. * Champion innovative solutions, leveraging data and insights to inform sector decisions and drive continuous improvement in education response efforts. * Empower sector partners to deliver high-quality education programs, promoting a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and accountability.
