• Spearhead inventory management, implementing robust FIFO/FEFO protocols to ensure stock accuracy and minimize waste. • Analyze and address stock ageing, damages, and discrepancies through regular reconciliation and corrective actions. • Drive timely dispatch operations, aligning with sales requirements to meet customer demands and expectations. • Collaborate with transporters and sales teams to optimize delivery schedules, ensuring seamless logistics and supply chain operations. • Oversee warehouse operations, including loading/unloading, to guarantee efficient and safe handling of goods. • Architect depot layouts to maximize storage capacity, promote efficient space utilization, and maintain a clean and organized environment. • Lead and supervise warehouse personnel, fostering a culture of discipline, productivity, and accountability. • Ensure adherence to company policies, maintaining up-to-date records, licenses, and compliance with regulatory requirements. • Champion workplace safety, implementing and enforcing fire safety protocols, emergency procedures, and overall well-being initiatives. • Develop and deliver data-driven reports on inventory levels, dispatch operations, and overall warehouse performance, informing strategic business decisions.
