* Spearhead the development of proto/red tag samples and orchestrate risk assessment meetings with the technical team to drive quality excellence. * Architect and execute the PP meeting process, including size set review and task preparation, to ensure seamless production. * Drive compliance with buyer quality requirements across cutting, sewing, finishing, and washing processes, ensuring adherence to stringent standards. * Champion sample quality and on-time delivery, coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet buyer expectations. * Monitor and enforce buyer SOP and internal quality procedures at workstations, promoting a culture of quality and accountability. * Conduct section-wise quality inspections to maintain DHU within stipulated parameters, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. * Communicate buyer quality standards to relevant teams and personnel, ensuring a unified understanding of quality expectations. * Aggregate and disseminate updated information from PLM and GIN sites to the production floor, facilitating data-driven decision-making. * Perform inline, pre-final, and final inspections in accordance with C&A inspection SOP, guaranteeing rigorous quality control. * Secure timely approvals from buyer representatives, fostering collaborative relationships and ensuring production efficiency. * Collaborate with buying representatives during factory visits, providing expert guidance on QA activities and promoting a culture of transparency. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with buying representatives, keeping them informed of QA initiatives and progress. * Leverage in-depth knowledge of C&A and SOPs (QMS, PP meeting, mold prevention, Lycra breakage SOP, Delivery Accuracy, SQM, Inline, Defect Zoning and Classification, Safety, SIS, and Final Inspection SOP) to drive quality excellence. * Utilize expertise in C&A web browsing tools (GIN site, PLM, Pivot88, and IAA) to streamline processes and enhance productivity. * Apply experience as a C&A-certified SIS inspector to inform quality decisions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. * Prioritize safety, quality, and compliance, integrating these principles into daily operations and decision-making processes. * Adapt to evolving priorities and tasks, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
