* Spearhead the development of innovative, high-quality visual content, including motion graphics and short-form videos, by harnessing the power of generative AI tools to drive brand excellence. * Architect immersive brand experiences by designing 2D/3D layouts, motion content, and visual mockups that elevate the bank's brand presence across physical and digital channels. * Drive brand consistency by enforcing strict adherence to the bank's brand manual, ensuring seamless integration of colors, fonts, and typography across all communications. * Foster a high-performing design team by mentoring junior designers, promoting proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and other design tools, and maintaining exceptional quality standards. * Oversee the design of intuitive, user-friendly interfaces across web, mobile, and physical touchpoints, ensuring a cohesive and premium brand experience that delights customers. * Conceptualize and design captivating event environments, including 3D spatial designs, scenography, and visual elements, to bring the bank's brand to life at events and activations. * Craft premium corporate merchandise, apparel, and vehicle branding assets that embody the bank's brand identity and values, ensuring consistency and quality across all touchpoints. * Manage a centralized asset library, oversee corporate photography, and ensure all creative assets are properly licensed and protected against copyright risks, maintaining the bank's brand integrity and reputation.
