Key Responsibilities

* Architect and execute a comprehensive digital and social media strategy, driving daily content creation, agency coordination, and performance optimization through data-driven insights and SEO/SEM expertise. * Drive nationwide brand consistency by conducting visual audits, implementing branch renovations, and enforcing a unified brand manual to ensure adherence to brand standards across all locations. * Spearhead outdoor advertising initiatives, including billboard strategy, vendor management, and point-of-sale material execution, with a focus on quality, cost-efficiency, and innovative materials and printing technologies. * Coordinate crisis response efforts with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely removal of fraudulent digital assets and maintaining brand-safe communications that align with corporate reputation standards. * Develop and manage a strategic event calendar, providing full branding support for product launches, CSR initiatives, and stakeholder events, while delivering competitor analysis and monthly media sentiment reports. * Lead and mentor a high-performing team, overseeing agency partnerships, cross-functional collaborations, and budget management with KPI-based tracking to maximize ROI and drive business growth.
