Key Responsibilities
* Drive exceptional customer experiences by promptly addressing offline reviews and resolving issues via phone, message, and social media.
* Deliver timely and personalized support to customers, ensuring seamless order processing, confirmations, and after-sales care.
* Lead complaint resolution efforts, following up with customers to guarantee complete satisfaction and issue closure.
* Provide expert product knowledge, accurately informing customers about offerings, services, and pricing.
* Manage and analyze customer interactions, tracking feedback to identify areas for improvement.
* Architect and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, producing engaging content for brochures, ads, social media, and email newsletters.
* Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies across SEO/SEM, social media, display advertising, and traditional print channels.
* Uncover new market opportunities and decipher customer behavior through trend analysis and research.
* Oversee marketing budget allocation, ensuring effective resource utilization across projects.
* Maintain and optimize customer databases (CRM) to drive targeted lead generation and nurturing efforts.
* Conduct field visits to motorcycle shops, introducing new products and capturing orders for upcoming launches.
