* Drive high-quality interpretation and translation services, ensuring confidentiality, neutrality, and respect for patients, collaborators, and authorities across various specializations, including medical, logistical, and operational contexts. * Manage administrative tasks, including meeting arrangements, minute-taking, and follow-up activities, while providing timely feedback to supervisors and assisting with report writing and document management. * Foster professional relationships with key authorities and stakeholders, effectively communicating MSF's messages and promoting collaboration, while navigating cultural nuances and sensitivities to ensure successful interactions. * Educate supervisors and international staff on culturally sensitive communication methods, local customs, and traditions, enhancing understanding and cooperation in diverse contexts. * Identify and address potential issues, such as individual behavior or conflicts of interest, and uphold MSF's core principles, values, and quality standards, adhering to the organization's Code of Conduct and security protocols. * Deliver precise oral and written translation services between English, Bangla, and Rohingya/Burmese, supporting the Case Manager in meetings, investigations, and document management across the Country Program operations. * Collaborate with the Case Manager, providing accurate translations and supporting case management meetings, investigations, and training sessions, while performing additional tasks as required, including written translations of various documents and materials.
