Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead patient registration, accurately capturing and updating patient information in the hospital's computer system and medical software.
* Architect seamless appointment scheduling, managing OPD appointments, and facilitating admissions with precision and efficiency.
* Deliver exceptional customer service, warmly welcoming patients, visitors, and members of the public, and directing them to the appropriate resources.
* Drive indoor admissions, meticulously preparing case papers and ensuring a smooth patient experience.
* Foster a positive and supportive environment, arranging necessary amenities such as stretchers, wheelchairs, or ambulances to ensure patient comfort and convenience.
* Oversee the organization and maintenance of the OPD, ensuring all areas are tidy and well-organized.
* Guide patients through the payment process, providing clear instructions and support as needed.
* Communicate effectively with other departments, notifying them of any changes or delays in doctor's schedules.
* Track and record all calls, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
* Manage and maintain various registers, files, and quality indicators, ensuring compliance with hospital standards.
* Cultivate a collaborative and professional team dynamic, promoting open communication and a strong sense of teamwork among colleagues.

- Bachelor Degree
