Executive / Sr. Executive (Denim Bottom) - Dry Process Quality - Genesis Fashions Ltd. (Wash)

* Drive quality excellence by overseeing in-line and end-line inspections for dry processes, ensuring adherence to buyer-approved standards and AQL criteria. * Lead first-piece approval processes for every batch, verifying compliance with approved samples and buyer requirements. * Architect process controls, ensuring PP spray, whisker patterns, hand sanding, grinding, and other processes align with approved samples and buyer specifications. * Manage color consistency, shade uniformity, and abrasion effects throughout production, implementing corrective actions when defects or deviations occur. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, R&D, and washing teams, to implement buyer feedback and drive continuous improvement. * Supervise operators and helpers, ensuring they follow standard operating procedures and best practices for each process. * Identify and analyze root causes of quality defects, implementing corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence and maintaining defect analysis reports. * Develop and maintain quality performance reports, providing insights and recommendations to management for process improvements. * Coordinate with chemical suppliers to ensure safe and correct application of chemicals, such as PP spray and permanganate. * Ensure compliance with buyer safety standards, environmental guidelines, and local labor laws, maintaining a safe working environment and enforcing the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) among team members. * Update and maintain quality manuals, checklists, and records of buyer-approved samples and process SOPs, ensuring easy reference and access. * Implement and maintain daily inspection reports, submitting them to the QA Manager and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
