Programme Organizer, LUL Project

* Drive field activity coordination, overseeing the execution of training sessions, workshops, community events, and outreach activities in accordance with project plans and guidelines. * Foster community engagement by mobilizing stakeholders, building relationships with local leaders, and conducting awareness sessions to promote project objectives and participation. * Architect logistics and resource management strategies, ensuring seamless venue arrangements, transportation, and distribution of materials and resources for program activities. * Empower educators and facilitators through ongoing support, guidance, and capacity-building training sessions, while monitoring the quality of teaching and learning activities. * Lead data collection and reporting efforts, providing regular updates on activity progress, challenges, and successes, and supporting the monitoring and evaluation team in data collection for assessments and evaluations. * Troubleshoot and resolve field-level issues, coordinating with the Area Coordinator to address major challenges and ensure uninterrupted project implementation. * Facilitate stakeholder coordination, liaising with local schools, government authorities, and partners to ensure smooth activity coordination and representing the project in local meetings and events. * Champion organizational policies, including Child Safeguarding, Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA), Gender, Anti-Money Laundering, Whistle Blowing, and other policies, to ensure a safe and compliant project environment.
