* Spearhead the development of comprehensive master plans, layout plans, and land use plans for large-scale township and land development projects * Drive site analysis, feasibility studies, and zoning assessments to inform project decisions * Ensure seamless compliance with local planning laws, regulations, and development guidelines, mitigating potential risks * Foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, surveyors, and stakeholders * Liaise with government authorities, maintaining open communication channels to facilitate project approvals and permits * Architect and submit regulatory documents, ensuring timely and successful approvals * Oversee project progress, enforcing adherence to approved plans and schedules * Conduct regular field visits and site inspections to monitor development and identify areas for improvement * Develop compelling reports, proposals, and presentations to inform management and stakeholder decisions * Troubleshoot and resolve planning-related issues and regulatory challenges, providing expert guidance and support
