* Architect and update geographic information systems (GIS) to drive informed decision-making for township and land development projects * Capture and integrate spatial data from diverse sources, including maps, satellite imagery, and survey data, using specialized GIS software * Drive data analysis to extract insights that support planning, land use, and project development, enabling data-driven strategies * Integrate GIS data with AutoCAD drawings and survey information to create comprehensive and accurate spatial representations * Manage and maintain precise GIS records, documentation, and databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance * Collaborate on the development of master plans, plot layouts, and land development maps, providing critical GIS expertise * Foster relationships with key authorities through professional correspondence, ensuring alignment on GIS data and project requirements * Facilitate the submission of GIS-related documents for approvals and compliance, streamlining project workflows * Conduct field data collection and verification exercises to validate GIS data and inform project decisions * Develop and present compelling reports, maps, and presentations to management and stakeholders, communicating complex GIS insights effectively * Champion data quality, consistency, and archiving best practices, ensuring the long-term integrity and usability of GIS files and databases
