• Lead topographic, boundary, and land surveys for township development projects, ensuring precision and accuracy • Architect survey drawings, maps, and reports using cutting-edge tools and technologies • Drive data accuracy by establishing control points and verifying measurements • Utilize advanced surveying instruments, including Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, and GIS tools, to collect and analyze data • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, planners, and GIS specialists, to implement projects effectively • Manage survey data, field books, and documentation, maintaining meticulous records and ensuring compliance with regulations • Ensure adherence to land laws, regulations, and survey standards, mitigating risks and ensuring best practices • Foster strong relationships with government authorities, maintaining professional correspondence and resolving land-related issues • Support land acquisition, mutation, and documentation processes, providing expert guidance and oversight • Conduct site inspections, resolving boundary disputes and land-related discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner • Develop and present comprehensive reports and presentations to management and stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations
