* Spearhead project delivery from inception to completion, ensuring seamless execution and timely handover. * Architect vendor management strategies, overseeing third-party performance to guarantee adherence to design, specification, and timeline requirements. * Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineers, vendors, government liaisons, and internal stakeholders to drive project success. * Drive sourcing and procurement initiatives, partnering with the Supply Chain Management team to secure materials, equipment, and services that meet project needs and budget constraints. * Negotiate strategic agreements with vendors and suppliers to secure high-quality products at competitive prices. * Orchestrate logistics operations to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials, mitigating potential project delays. * Develop and implement robust quality assurance processes, ensuring all project deliverables meet stringent safety, environmental, and building code standards. * Conduct regular site inspections, identifying and addressing deviations from approved plans to guarantee compliance and quality. * Craft and manage comprehensive project budgets, forecasts, and schedules, leveraging cost control measures to optimize financial efficiency without compromising quality. * Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to prevent delays, overruns, or budget variances. * Deliver regular progress updates to senior management and the board, providing transparency and visibility into project performance. * Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Project Managers, Project Engineers, Site Engineers, and regulatory bodies, to ensure alignment and collaboration.
