Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead international trade operations, driving seamless execution of customer-assigned orders from import to export. • Architect and validate critical export/import documents, including L/C, commercial invoices, and bills of lading, to ensure accuracy and compliance. • Foster strong relationships with banks to facilitate LC opening, amendments, and payment settlements, streamlining financial transactions. • Ensure adherence to customer contracts, terms, and international trade regulations, mitigating potential risks and non-compliance. • Orchestrate shipment bookings, cargo monitoring, and timely delivery to ports and customers, guaranteeing supply chain efficiency. • Collaborate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and shipping lines to optimize logistics operations and resolve potential bottlenecks. • Oversee customs clearance, HS code classification, and bond/license compliance, ensuring regulatory adherence. • Develop and maintain precise commercial records, registers, and reports, providing actionable insights for management review. • Drive cross-functional coordination with Operations, Sales, and Finance teams to ensure documentation and financial reconciliation accuracy. • Monitor shipment schedules, tracking on-time delivery performance and adjusting strategies to meet buyer requirements. • Manage financial transactions, digital payments, and company policy compliance, identifying areas for improvement. • Identify and rectify discrepancies in commercial documents and reports, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. • Support audits, inspections, and buyer visits with comprehensive commercial data and records, demonstrating transparency and compliance. • Contribute to vendor negotiation, cost optimization, and commercial contract review, driving business growth and profitability. • Design and deliver monthly, quarterly, and yearly commercial performance reports, informing strategic decision-making. • Partner with compliance and quality teams to prevent customer standard violations and ensure regulatory adherence. • Proactively identify and mitigate commercial risks, developing strategies to minimize potential threats. • Facilitate new customer onboarding and commercial feasibility assessments, driving business expansion and revenue growth. • Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. • Implement process improvements, enhancing commercial efficiency, and reducing turnaround times. • Strategically manage suppliers and logistics partners, negotiating contracts, monitoring performance, and optimizing pricing and delivery schedules. • Ensure VAT, AIT, and internal procurement policy compliance, maintaining regulatory adherence and minimizing risk exposure.
