Sr. Executive (HR & Admin)

* Spearhead comprehensive HR operations, encompassing employee data management, documentation, and HR system administration. * Drive accurate and compliant maintenance of attendance, leave records, and personnel files. * Craft and disseminate HR correspondence, including appointment, confirmation, transfer, and separation letters. * Facilitate seamless recruitment processes, from CV screening and interview coordination to onboarding and employee integration. * Oversee meticulous documentation throughout the employee lifecycle, from hiring to departure. * Collaborate with payroll teams by providing precise attendance and leave data to ensure timely and accurate compensation. * Support performance management initiatives, including KPI/KRA development, tracking, and analysis. * Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, fostering open and effective internal communication. * Ensure adherence to company policies, Bangladesh Labor Law, and relevant regulations. * Develop and present HR reports, maintain the integrity of HRIS data, and contribute to the development of HR analytics and insights to inform strategic decisions. * Undertake special projects and tasks as assigned by the supervisor, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to team objectives.
