Junior Executive – Internal Audit & Compliance

• Lead comprehensive audits of depot operations, scrutinizing stock, sales, and distribution processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency. • Architect robust inventory management systems by verifying physical inventory against ERP records, identifying discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions. • Drive business growth by analyzing stock movement, expiry, damages, and returns, and developing strategies to optimize inventory levels and minimize waste. • Manage depot expenses and financial transactions, reviewing supporting documents, cash, bank, and petty cash transactions to ensure compliance and transparency. • Spearhead risk management efforts by identifying irregularities, errors, or potential fraud risks in sales invoices, credit notes, and adjustments, and implementing mitigation strategies. • Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines, promoting a culture of compliance and accountability. • Develop and present audit reports, providing actionable insights, risk assessments, and recommendations to stakeholders. • Identify and mitigate operational and financial risks across depot and other functions, driving continuous improvement and process optimization. • Collaborate with senior auditors on regular and special audits, investigations, and projects, providing support and expertise to drive business outcomes. • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, supporting initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and drive business growth.
