Senior Officer/ Asst. Manager - Quality Assurance (PUMA)

* Architect and deploy Quality Assurance Standard Operating Procedures to drive excellence in workflow processes. * Lead the implementation of QA protocols across all workflows, ensuring seamless integration and adherence. * Drive continuous monitoring and evaluation of systems and procedures to identify areas for improvement. * Champion quality control, ensuring all produced goods meet rigorous standards and procedures. * Foster a culture of excellence, implementing 6S and Safety protocols to maintain a world-class factory environment. * Develop and empower Quality team members to maximize their effectiveness and efficiency. * Manage and motivate the Quality team, promoting a collaborative and spirited work environment. * Facilitate cross-functional communication with various departments and international offices to align quality goals. * Analyze data, generate insightful reports, and present findings to inform strategic decisions. * Adapt to evolving priorities, taking on additional responsibilities as assigned by Management to support organizational objectives.
