Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead the development of a comprehensive Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) framework to guide project implementation and ensure data-driven decision-making. * Design and establish output and outcome indicators, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement to optimize project impact. * Drive the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data, leveraging insights to inform project strategies, adjust interventions, and enhance overall effectiveness. * Develop and manage a robust monitoring system, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders, including UN Women, UNDP, and the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC). * Lead the preparation of high-quality, results-based reports, documenting project successes, challenges, and lessons learned to facilitate knowledge sharing and replication. * Foster a culture of transparency and accountability, ensuring that all project activities are thoroughly documented, and records are maintained in accordance with organizational and donor requirements. * Collaborate with project teams to integrate monitoring, reporting, and documentation into their workplans, providing technical support and capacity-building as needed. * Manage and maintain accurate, up-to-date databases, ensuring that all project data is secure, accessible, and utilized to drive project decisions. * Develop and implement a documentation strategy, capturing best practices, case studies, and human-interest stories to promote the project's achievements and impact. * Facilitate learning and knowledge-sharing across the project, identifying opportunities for innovation, replication, and scaling up successful interventions. * Ensure that all monitoring, reporting, and documentation activities are gender-sensitive, inclusive, and aligned with the project's overall goal of strengthening democratic institutions and promoting women's political leadership.
