Every customer interaction reflects our brand as bold, refined, and purposeful.Job SummaryWe are seeking a proactive and sales-driven Communication Manager (Sales) to manage customer interactions across our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting customer inquiries into sales through effective communication and ensuring a smooth and engaging customer experience. This role is focused solely on chat-based e-commerce sales operations in the fashion/clothing sector.Key Responsibilities • Handle customer communication via Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and website chat• Convert inquiries into confirmed orders through effective and persuasive communication• Maintain a professional, brand-aligned tone in all customer interactions• Follow up with potential customers to ensure maximum conversion• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets• Provide accurate product information (size, fit, price, delivery, etc.)• Handle customer objections and offer appropriate solutions• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) for order processing• Maintain records of customer conversations and sales performance

  • • Age 20 to 30 years Requirements• Has Good about fashion illustration • Has Good Product Knowledge (Especially on denim) • Fast thinker • problem solving mntality • Strong sales communication and negotiation skills • Must be target-driven and KPI-focused • Must be sales-oriented and target-driven • Ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the e-commerce clothing/fashion sector (mandatory) • Skilled in chat-based selling and handling multiple customers simultaneously • Good command of Bangla and English • Ability to work under pressure and manage high response volume • Response Time KPI •  First Response Time: Within 1–3 minutes (max 5 minutes) •  Active Reply Rate: 95%+ messages must be answered • 100% follow-up on all interested customers •  At least 10%–20% sales from follow-ups Preferred Qualifications• Experience with Daraz, ShopUp, or similar e-commerce platforms • Knowledge of upselling and cross-selling techniques • Familiarity with CRM tools or order management systems • Understanding of customer behaviour in online fashion retail
