Head of Sales

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving room sales, group bookings, corporate accounts, events, and partnership opportunities to maximize revenue and occupancy. Job Responsibilities• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. • Lead and manage the sales team to ensure strong performance. • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, tour operators, event planners, and key partners. • Identify new business opportunities in the local and international market. • Manage room sales, event sales, group bookings, and long-term contracts. • Work closely with the marketing, revenue, and operations teams. • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance. • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and action plans for management. • Represent the resort at meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
