The role is responsible for ensuring smooth service delivery, high guest satisfaction, team coordination, and efficient use of resources across all departments. Job Responsibilities• Oversee day-to-day resort operations to ensure smooth functioning. • Coordinate with front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, and other departments. • Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve operational issues quickly. • Ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, safety, and guest experience. • Manage staff schedules, workflow, and departmental coordination. • Support budgeting, cost control, and operational efficiency. • Implement company policies, SOPs, and service standards. • Inspect facilities regularly and ensure proper maintenance. • Handle guest complaints and ensure prompt resolution. • Prepare operational reports and share updates with management.
