Key Responsibilities

We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Operations professional to drive efficiency, optimize distribution performance, and support our nationwide sales team. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy turning data into actionable insights, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.• Manage and monitor primary and secondary sales orders in compliance with the processes & policies.• Coordinate and administer sales programs, including meetings, seminars, and conferences.• Implement and monitor trade offers and promotional schemes, ensuring timely and accurate distribution of gift items and promotional materials.• Support dealer and distributor management, including recruitment, settlement, and related operational support.• Segregate the sales target as per required field and update software accordingly.• Manage distributor and dealer credit in coordination with relevant internal stakeholders.• Provide necessary operational support to the sales team to enhance field effectiveness.• Conduct productivity and performance analysis and support people development and capability-building initiatives.• Monitor distributor performance and prepare regular performance reviews, highlighting gaps and recommending corrective actions for management review.• Maintain sales-related documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.• Conduct monthly market visits with the sales force to assess execution quality and market dynamics.• Support the implementation, monitoring, and enhancement of sales automation systems in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.• Manage sales data, reporting, and database administration across national, divisional, territory, and route levels.• Verify sales force attendance, TADA claims, and incentive calculations to ensure accuracy and policy compliance.• Monitor sales team tracking systems and field performance monitoring tools.• Maintain national, divisional, territory, and route-wise manpower and retailer databases in software systems.• Coordinate with HR in sales manpower planning, recruitment, internal movement, and workforce optimization.• Support HR in managing final settlement, clearance, and exit formalities of outgoing sales employees.• Compile and analyze data to prepare sales performance reports for management.• Ensure effective cross-functional coordination for smooth operation.• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management from time to time.

Requirements

Education

  • • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting & Information System

Additional

  • • Age At least 35 years • Only Male • Candidates with Sales Operations experience from SSG, RFL, Walton, ACI, Akij, or other FMCG companies will be given preference.
