Subaru Bangladesh Ltd. is seeking a skilled and proactive Warehouse In-Charge to manage and supervise all warehouse activities. Key Responsibilities:• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods • Maintain proper records of Product Name, Available Stock, Expiry Date, Batch Number, and L/C Number • Ensure FIFO/FEFO methods are followed for stock movement • Conduct daily stock updates and report discrepancies immediately • Supervise warehouse staff, assign duties, and monitor performance • Ensure timely delivery and coordination with sales & distribution teams • Maintain proper documentation for inward and outward goods • Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconciliation • Ensure safety, hygiene, and security standards in the warehouse • Prepare and submit daily reports via email to management. • Maintain hygiene standards (especially for food products) and warehouse safety
