Operation Manager (Architecture & Interior)

• Oversee day-to-day operations of architecture and interior design projects • Manage design development, execution, and project coordination • Supervise architects, interior designers, and site teams • Ensure project delivery within timeline, budget, and quality standards • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and vendors • Ensure compliance with RAJUK, BNBC, and other regulatory requirements • Review drawings, BOQs, and material specifications • Monitor site progress and resolve operational challenges • Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for design and execution
