Manager - Project Administration

Project Development & Execution• Lead, coordinate and execute overall project administrative activities.• Ensure timely progress of project milestones in alignment with organizational goals.• Work closely with engineering, construction, and cross-functional teams. Land Development & Management• Oversee land acquisition, land development, and site preparation activities.• Ensure proper documentation, mutation, and land-related compliance.• Resolve land disputes and ensure smooth possession and utilization. Regulatory & Local Permissions• Liaise with local authorities, government bodies, and regulatory agencies.• Obtain necessary approvals, permits, and clearances for project execution.• Ensure compliance with local laws, environmental regulations, and statutory requirements. Administrative Leadership• Establish and manage full-scale administrative operations at the project site.• Ensure facility management, logistics, transport, and resource allocation. Stakeholder & Community Management• Handle community engagement and conflict resolution effectively.• Represent the organization in local forums and discussions. Security & Compliance• Ensure proper security protocols and risk management practices at the project site.• Maintain documentation for audits and inspections.
